This collaborative effort between RGEA and Senior Planet from AARP will emphasize the digital aspect of the learning experience covering a variety of topics. This next virtual program in the series is Digital Genealogy Tools.

You don’t have to be a genealogy expert to find out about your family’s history! Numerous websites and platforms now make it possible to start learning about your ancestors from home. In this lecture, we’ll discuss some of the most popular and explore their features. We’ll also talk about how to access free resources, including those available from many public libraries, and explore websites offering tips and guides to creating your own digital family tree.

Registration and attendance for these virtual events are free! If you do not have an AARP account, you will be prompted to create one. AARP membership is NOT required.
