The Supporting Older Adults and Families work group focuses on ensuring that North Carolinians have access to services and resources to age safely at home and in the community, and that family caregivers receive meaningful support.
The session will include:
• A welcome and framing of the current state and plan goals
• A spotlight on implementation efforts and how they align with Year 1 recommendations
• A featured presentation from the NC Caregiving Collaborative
• An open discussion to hear questions, ideas, and feedback from attendees
• A recap of key takeaways and next steps for engagement
