At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or improve our health. The latest research indicates that these habits may also help keep our brains healthy as we age, and reduce the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. This program will give healthy decision-making strategies surrounding sleep, nutrition, exercise, and cognitive and social engagement.
